Tracy Haskins



 Tracy fully believes that people do not care how much you know  until they know how much you genuinely care. Tracy takes great pride in  providing excellent concierge level personal service while guiding and  protecting her client’s financial interests.   She has serviced clients  in all types of real estate and across many budgets.  Tracy has  represented buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from $74,000 to  $5,350,000  comprising of  Executive Residences, New Construction,  Move  up Buyers, Renovations, 1st time buyers, Scaling down buyers,  Investors, Corporate Relocations, Lakefront properties, Vacation homes,  Farms, Land and even Commercial properties. Tracy works with people and  not price points.  Her business of 28 years has flourished even through a  down market from a constant flow of referrals from satisfied past  clients.  There are some clients that Tracy has assisted with  generations from the same family. Tracy does not want to be the agent  for a transaction but rather your realtor for life. Its simple:  the  American dream is home ownership  and there is absolutely  nothing more  rewarding than being part of that.  A list of past clients can gladly be  provided upon request. 

Shasha Houston


Operations Manager


With over 20 years of experience in professional office executive assistant positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Shasha skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at Tracy & Co.  

As  Office Manager, she ensures the smooth operation of the team with her robust knowledge of  the real estate processes and efficient handling of client inquiries. Shasha also provides support to the team by assisting in all  aspects of the real estate transaction, from listing to closing. Shasha is a key part of our management team and oversees high-level duties to ensure a smooth process.

Susan Bihr


Buyer's Agent


Susan got into to this business because of  both her love of real estate & her natural ability to connect to  people from every walk of life.  She has that reputation among fellow  agents & clients past & present for going above & beyond.  She truly believes that saying “treat people how you would like to be  treated” & that is her watchword. Susan believes in asking second  level questions to ascertain her clients true aspirations to determine  exactly what their requirements are. 

She  takes great pride in her work & wants to be sure that her clients  feel they are always in good hands & experience little to no stress  throughout the process. 

Her  experience began in new construction in the luxury market in South  Florida in the 90’s where for 12 years she worked for a Real Estate  Developer. During this time she was involved in both the Sales &  Development of a Luxury Home Community. Since becoming a licensed  Realtor in Georgia in 2014 her business has been primarily residential  & she has represented both Buyers & Sellers in all types &  levels of home ownership.
